The company has an 8,600-square-meter pharmaceutical packaging material production factory. The factory is designed, constructed and managed in strict accordance with the relevant requirements of the "Administrative Measures for Packaging Materials and Containers Directly Contacting Drugs" issued by the State Food and Drug Administration. The factory is equipped with domestic Advanced production equipment and inspection equipment. The main products are: polypropylene composite cover (pull-ring type) for plastic infusion containers, polypropylene interface for plastic infusion bags, etc., and obtained the registration certificate of the above products in November 2011.

At present, the company has 14 injection molding machines, 3 capping machines, 2 ion air cleaning machines, and 1 automatic light inspection machine, all of which can produce 100 million polypropylene composite caps per year, plastic infusion bags There are 50 million propylene interfaces, mainly to meet the supporting supply of products of various industrial companies in Fengyuan Pharmaceutical industry. According to the current situation of personnel and the progress of product supporting use, the company is mainly producing three sets of 48-cavity inner and outer cover molds, with a monthly output of 10 million composite covers; two sets of 24-cavity interface molds, with a monthly output of 4.5 million.

Since the company entered the production stage, it has successively solved the problems of debugging and transformation of molds and equipment, supporting production systems, and weak basic management level, and gradually improved production capacity and product quality. At present, all products have passed the quality inspection of Wuwei Pharmaceutical Factory, Huaihai Pharmaceutical Factory and Tushan Pharmaceutical, and have been used together with the production line of customer units.
