I came to Zhejiang to work in sales in 2001. I remember that I was full of confidence and high fighting spirit at the beginning, but after a month of market development, I hit a wall everywhere and did not negotiate a business, and I was very depressed. At that time, sales outside the province were managed by the branch factory under the management company, and all the risk of payment was borne by the salesman. It was very stressful for an inexperienced person like me, many people advised me not to do it, and several new salesmen who went with me also gave up. In this situation, I was hesitant and hesitant, and I even packed my luggage, thinking about whether to give up...
I came to Zhejiang in 2001 to work in sales. In this situation, I was hesitant, hesitant, and even packed my bags, thinking about whether to give up.……
Everyone can do it well, why can't I do it well? After repeated ideological struggles, I finally chose to stay. Today, it seems that my choice is the right one, and it is because of this right choice that I have found my own path in life.
Since I chose to stay, and since I chose to prove my worth in this industry, I worked hard without hesitation, ran the market every day, visited customers every day, and gave up weekend breaks , without taking into account the relatives and friends, more boring leisure and entertainment. No matter how many times I hit a wall, how many cold eyes I face, I have always persisted, persisted, and persisted. I also often ask experienced salesmen for advice humbly, and slowly explore, over the years, several times of tumbling and rolling, after many ups and downs, many years of wind, frost, rain and snow, I finally see the sunrise and triumph. From a toddler in the pharmaceutical sales market, to beating and fighting, all the way through the dust, the snow, the rain and the frost, the traces of sharpening on my face, and the practical experience. Gradually, I became familiar with the situation in the sales market, learned negotiation and communication skills, mastered the To prevent business risks, to make friends with "friends and enemies" in the industry, the right time and place to join people, the company helped me to support, and finally successfully traded a lot of business. . . . . .
Every night, I will sum up the work of the day, seriously reflect on the shortcomings, think hard about how to improve, carefully consider what work to do tomorrow, and make up for the shortcomings of others , to make up for omissions. Mistakes must be reflected, success is not crazy, experience and lessons are wealth, and the sea of commerce is a battlefield. As the lyrics in "True Hero" sing: How can you see a rainbow without experiencing wind and rain?
A hard work, a success. After two years of unremitting efforts, in 2003, I was finally recognized by batch customers. The sales work was gradually on the right track, and the performance increased year by year. Last year, the company awarded me certain honors and awards. But I often remind myself that the business world is ever-changing, there are coupes in competition everywhere, guard against arrogance and impatience, and you can’t be blinded by the little achievements in front of you, and you must be strict with yourself as always. There is no end to practice. I still maintain the regularity of visiting customers once a week, and solve every problem raised by customers immediately. Respecting customers and treating people with sincerity, I insist on implementing every promise bit by bit, carefully and conscientiously.
In the six years from 2003 to 2008, my business performance set a new benchmark every year, and every year I exceeded the sales tasks assigned by the company. I know that the reason why I can achieve such a result is that Fengyuan Pharmaceutical Company has provided me with a good learning and practice platform. The good products and good policies formulated by the company are supported by the company and the office in a timely manner. The result is a successful reflection of the company's sales policy in my sales practice. If I am a green leaf, the company is a big tree, she provides me with nutrients and supports me. I am proud, I am honored, I am a Fengyuan person! Fengyuan is my home, Fengyuan is the root of my existence, and Fengyuan is my eternal destination! I am a Fengyuan native!
