Warm and happy——remember the days of working in the engineering management department

It has been more than four months since I came to Fengyuan Pharmaceutical Engineering Management Department. During these more than 100 days and nights, what happened every day in our department and the work done came into my eyes. Others often say that our engineering is earthy and impersonal. This is a serious misunderstanding. I have personally experienced—the engineering department is like a big family, full of warmth and joy.
The word “warm” I use it here because I feel that way all the time during my days in Engineering Management. Those of us who have just graduated and are new to the company do not have a strong sense of responsibility and urgency in our work, and we are not proficient in work skills. We need to study while working. Therefore, it is inevitable that this or that problem will occur in the process of work. I have interned in other units before. At that time, there was a problem in the work. The leaders only knew how to criticize and reprimand, but they never told us how to improve. However, my feeling is obviously different now: the leaders of the department and the chief engineer are very kind people, always patiently guiding and solving various problems that arise in our work, carefully teaching us new knowledge, cultivating and humanely manage us. Also let us pay attention to the details and focus of the work, we learn through different channels to improve professional skills and work skills. There has never been a case of reprimand and ignorance. This moved me very much. This is something I have never felt since I left school. It is as warm as the elders treat the younger.
We live happily in this work environment. All members of the engineering department are very harmonious, and their daily work is full of care and help. The minister is a big housekeeper with very trivial and onerous tasks. He has to personally take care of everything in the department, and always remind us to avoid problems in our work. Every final settlement, every screw and every brick is money and the wealth of the company, so we must concentrate and be meticulous. It is in such a tense work situation, if we have something that we don't understand, just ask him, no matter how busy he is, he will always respond to his needs, and he will never prevaricate us for one reason or another.
The main theme of today's society is harmony. It is based on this theme that our department has built a big family at work. Every member of the family is communicating and learning from each other for the same goal. Questions that you don’t understand can be asked casually. There is no discrimination or ridicule, and some are helpful and understanding. Everyone is constantly learning and collaborating with each other to do the best work of the department.
