In May, Dashu Mountain is breezy and green. In order to help headquarters employees to further learn and identify with the corporate culture, enhance organizational cohesion, and cultivate a positive team spirit. Under the careful organization of the pharmaceutical trade union and the human resources department, a one-day outdoor training activity of "2016 Dashu Mountain Expansion Training Camp" was jointly launched on May 14.

At 7:40, nearly 60 employees from the headquarters of the company gathered on the Dashu Mountain lawn and were randomly divided into 6 groups. The two ice-breaking projects of "big monsters", which were team formation and inspection of team creativity and collaboration, kicked off the all-day event.

At 9:20, all the staff climbed along the winding mountain road, shuttled among the green shades with crisp birdsong and gentle breeze. During the mountaineering, each group completed three projects: the Alexander knot to test the brain, the team pose to stimulate the imagination, and the knowledge quiz to strengthen the construction of corporate culture.

At 11:10, all the staff reached the top of the mountain to take pictures.

After a short lunch break, all the members of the training camp returned to the training ground at the foot of Dashu Mountain, and completed the two projects of cultivating team awareness and enhancing the sense of responsibility as a leader and the red-black business battle originated from the "Prisoner's Dilemma Paradox" game.

In the end, group 6 won the first place in the team, group 2 won the second place in the team, and group 4 won the third place in the team. In addition, Chang Cheng, Xu Chao, Sun Xufei and Zhu Yi won the Outstanding Individual Award.

After a day of outreach training, the participating team members expressed that they have benefited a lot. Through this expansion, the courage and perseverance of the employees to face challenges are stimulated, and at the same time, it also enhances the emotions among employees, cultivates a sense of cooperation, and plays a positive role in promoting the company's team building work.
