One day, I participated in a special meeting on debt settlement of Fengyuan Pharmaceutical Company. When I walked into the conference room on the fourth floor of the company, the words "Think, Say, Do" came into view. Before the meeting, General Manager Gao Ji gave a brief explanation on the words "think, say, and do", which immediately aroused my long-term reflection: every day, every thing, I "think, say, and do". , did it? "Think, say, do" is concise, but intriguing. It not only raises the question of how to improve the executive power in management, but also for every manager, especially the middle and senior managers, to correct their style, work steadfastly, and improve their management.

One day, I participated in a special meeting on debt settlement of Fengyuan Pharmaceutical Company. When I walked into the conference room on the fourth floor of the company, I saw the words "think, say, do" on the wall. Before the meeting, General Manager Gao Ji gave a brief explanation of the words "think, say, and do", which immediately aroused my long-term reflection: every day, every thing, I "think, say, and do". , did it?

"Thinking, speaking, doing" is concise, but intriguing. It not only raises the question of how to improve the executive power in management, but also puts forward clear requirements for every manager, especially for middle and senior managers to correct their style, work steadfastly, and improve their management ability. The ignorant sounded the alarm.

"Think, say, do", the key is the word "to". Here, "to" is used as the complement of the verb, indicating that the action achieves its purpose or has a result. As you can imagine, thinking and thinking, speaking and speaking, doing and doing, the results are different. The former is only the representation of the action process, while the latter has both the action and the result. Thinking of the legacy problems in our company's accounts receivable, it is caused by the unexpected, unspoken, and unfulfilled aspects of operation and management.

Thoughts guide behavior, and thoughts determine the way out. Therefore, if you think about it, you can talk about it. When you talk about it, you must do what you say.

People are the "spirit of all things". When a person lives in the world, he will think about problems all the time, such as: political, economic, social, family, work, study, life... and so on. However, due to different endowments, different genetics, different living environments, different levels of education, different social status, different family conditions, different occupations... Wait, it's different. The problems that come to mind from this are also different, and the views and approaches to the same problem are not exactly the same.

The "thinking" put forward by General Manager Gaoji, my understanding is that every employee is required to always think about the company's interests, the company's development, and their own job responsibilities. a force. If an employee does not have a sense of responsibility and mission, then he thinks about his own gains and losses. When his personal interests are inconsistent with the company's interests, he will either be full of complaints, or be sluggish and lethargic.

There is a poem by Zhu Zi, a great scholar in the Song Dynasty, which I think is very pertinent, and is now transcribed for all colleagues to study together:
Teenagers are easy to get old and hard to learn,
An inch of time cannot be taken lightly.
I didn't realize the dream of spring grass in the pond,
Before the steps, the sycamore leaves are already sounding in autumn.

This poem is not only educational for young people, but also for old people like me. Time, for youth and old age, is fleeting and must be cherished. "An inch of time is worth an inch of gold, and an inch of gold can't buy an inch of time," we should bear in mind these two profound words left to us by the ancients, keep in mind the mission entrusted to us by history, and earnestly practice "thinking, speaking, and doing," for Comprehensively improve the management level of the company, and do a solid job in various management tasks.
