After Fengyuan Group implemented the full-staff restructuring in the second half of last year, some experienced old comrades left their posts one after another. Can the new employees continue to use the old comrades' fine tradition of dedication and hard work, be competent for new positions, and successfully take over the baton? This is an urgent problem before us. How to complete the replacement of old and new work, the boiler class of the power workshop of Maanshan Fengyuan Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. has completed this work well.
There are 2 gas-fired boilers in the boiler class of Ma'anshan power workshop, which have a high degree of automation. Whether the water treatment work can be done well and whether the water quality can reach the standard will directly determine the gas supply safety of the whole plant, and will also affect the service life of the equipment. and energy saving. After the old monitor left his post, the workshop boldly used Li Daoping, a young employee, as the monitor. Comrade Li Daoping joined Maanshan Fengyuan Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. in February 2001. After the factory, he was diligent and eager to learn, and he never gave up working in the boiler room and was willing to be a screw. He works hard and works hard. Although he is not a professional in water production, he has carefully researched and mastered the operating procedures of water quality treatment. In his spare time, he also took the initiative to participate in higher education, and in 2005, he obtained a college diploma in industrial automation from Anhui University of Technology.
After the restructuring in 2009, the old monitor of the boiler class of Ma'anshan Pharmaceutical Factory was raised by Neiyang, and Comrade Li Daoping, as the technical backbone of the boiler class, assumed the position of monitor. After serving as the squad leader, he worked harder to systematically study the principles of boiler combustion and water treatment technology, as well as the knowledge of organization and management, and took the initiative to apply the theoretical knowledge he had learned to practical work flexibly. During his work, he found that burner fouling would cause insufficient combustion, which would directly affect the quality of the effluent, and at the same time cause a waste of energy. In this regard, he contacted the manufacturer in time, and humbly learned from the master, asked for advice, boldly disassembled and cleaned the burner, and made the burner work fully. This small hands-on maintenance makes the combustion sufficient and saves energy. Enterprises bring considerable economic benefits. As the squad leader, he enthusiastically served the team, actively understood the thoughts of the team members, constantly solved their production and life problems, and brought the boiler team into a positive and harmonious team.
Xiao He only shows sharp horns, fragrant fragrance gradually spit, a hard work, a harvest, because he is at the most basic level, diligent, willing to learn, proficient in various skills, in the new and old work after the restructuring, for the Feng Yuan made a contribution and set an example among the young workers.
